Information We Collect

Your Input Content
- We collect input content, including prompts, lyrics, reference audio, uploaded files, and other materials, when you submit it to the Platform.
- We process input content only to provide the requested generation or editing feature, maintain and secure the service, provide support, and improve the Platform's operations, security, and product experience without training, fine-tuning, or otherwise improving any generative model.
- Contracted processors may handle input content only for those permitted purposes, including Cloudflare for hosting and security, Supabase for account and data services, and providers used for feature-specific AI processing, under confidentiality and data-protection obligations. We do not sell input content or license it for providers' or others' independent use, advertising, or marketing.
- We do not use input content to train, fine-tune, or otherwise improve any generative AI model, whether our own, dedicated, general-purpose, or third-party, and our processors are not authorized to do so.
Use of Information
- To deliver and improve services, including account management and AI music generation.
- To send product and marketing updates (you can opt out).
- To analyze product usage and optimize user experience.
Data Sharing
- With trusted third parties (such as payment providers) under confidentiality obligations.
- When legally required or needed to protect platform security and users.
Retention and Deletion
- We retain input content only for as long as needed to provide the requested service, maintain account history, meet legal obligations, enforce these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, investigate or resolve copyright and other claims, and protect security.
- You may request deletion by emailing hi@acestep.io. We delete or de-identify eligible content where legally permitted; backups, logs, and records may remain for a limited period or where legal, fraud-prevention, or security exceptions apply.

- Delete Data: Request deletion via email where legally permitted.
- Cookie Control: Manage cookies through your browser settings.
Security Measures
We use encryption, firewalls, and access controls. No system is 100% secure, but we continuously improve our safeguards.
Children's Privacy
