Terms of Service

By using acestep.io (the "Platform"), you agree to these terms.

User Responsibilities

• Do not upload illegal, infringing, or harmful content.
• You are responsible for the prompts, lyrics, reference audio, uploaded files, names, brands, and other materials you provide.
• Only upload or process audio and other materials when you have the rights or permission needed for your intended use.
• Do not attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems.
• Do not exploit platform bugs or disrupt other users.

Generated Output Rights

Usage rights for music, lyrics, stems, covers, edits, and other outputs generated or processed through the Platform depend on your plan and on the rights you hold in any materials you provide.

• Free: personal projects, demos, and practice only. Free outputs do not include monetization, client work, DSP distribution, or Content ID registration.
• Pay-as-you-go and Creator: include social monetization rights for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Shorts, Reels, and similar social platforms.
• Pro / Artist: includes Creator rights plus distribution to Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music, SoundCloud, and similar DSP platforms through your distributor.
• Studio: includes Pro / Artist rights plus client work, agency projects, ads, games, apps, podcasts, courses, and commercial deliverables.
• Enterprise Rights: Content ID, YouTube Rights Manager, and library-wide rights registration require separate approval or an Enterprise Rights license.

Third-Party Rights and Uploaded Materials

If you upload, reference, remix, extend, split, remove vocals from, cover, or otherwise process third-party audio, the resulting output remains subject to any rights in the original material. Processing a file through the Platform does not transfer copyright, publishing, master, performance, likeness, or other third-party rights to you.

• You must secure any permissions needed for lyrics, melodies, samples, reference tracks, voices, recordings, trademarks, artist names, or other protected materials you provide.
• You may not use the Platform to impersonate artists, evade copyright controls, create infringing works, or register rights you do not own.
• We may remove content, restrict downloads, or terminate accounts when we believe content or usage may violate these terms or third-party rights.

Content ID and Rights Management

Content ID, YouTube Rights Manager, fingerprinting systems, and library-wide rights registration are not included in Free, Pay-as-you-go, Creator, Pro / Artist, or Studio plans. These uses require separate approval or an Enterprise Rights license to reduce ownership conflicts, duplicate claims, and downstream takedowns.

Platform Rights

• We may remove content or terminate accounts when necessary.
• We may modify or discontinue services at any time.

Disclaimer

• Services are provided "as is" with no warranties.
• We are not liable for user conduct or external third-party content.
• We do not guarantee that any platform, distributor, rights system, or third party will accept, monetize, or leave your output free from claims, reviews, or takedowns.

Paid Services

• Prices are non-refundable unless required by law.
• We reserve the right to update pricing and subscription plans.

Updates to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform means you accept the updated terms.
